RSA SITHFAB021 (VIC) via Zoom
Complete your Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (SITHFAB021) training online via Zoom and gain the qualification required to work in licensed venues across Victoria. This nationally recognised course equips you with the skills and knowledge to responsibly sell and serve alcohol in compliance with Victorian liquor laws.
In Victoria, you must complete two components to receive your RSA Certificate of Completion:
- An LCV-approved RSA course (6 hours, delivered via Zoom)
- Sexual Harassment and Assault: Recognise, Prevent and Respond online module (60 minutes, delivered via Liquor Control Victoria)
Once both components are successfully completed, you can download your RSA Certificate of Completion from the LCV Learning Hub and provide it to your employer.
This course is mandatory for licensees and staff selling, offering or serving liquor in general, on-premises, late night and packaged liquor licensed venues. It applies to hospitality, tourism, events venues, packaged liquor outlets, wineries, breweries and distilleries throughout Victoria.
Certificate & Validity
- Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment: SITHFAB021 – issued via email (within 2–3 weeks)
- LCV RSA Certificate valid for 3 years
- Free online RSA refresher required every 3 years before expiry
Assessment Requirements
- Camera must remain on; student visible at all times
- Assessment completed in one sitting (no save option)
- Includes knowledge questions (100% pass mark) and 3 role-play scenarios

- Minimum age: 16 years (certificate usable from age 18)
- USI number required for certificate issuance
- Enrolment form must be completed prior to receiving certificates
